I came to the conclusion that the 'reviewer' was squicked that it's not a father-daughter fic, so I have now changed the summary to explicitly indicate that.
I'm guessing that some people take the 'romance' cat to mean a relationship between the two listed characters, but I agree with you, the rating is a clue.
